How should I safely hang my stained glass?

To safely hang your stained glass, use a sturdy fixture (like a hook or nail) in the window frame or wall. Do not use adhesive hanging solutions like Command Strips or suction cups, as they often fail, resulting in damage.

How do I clean and care for my stained glass?

To clean your stained glass piece, dust with a dry microfiber cloth. A white crust may form along the solder lines (which is completely normal), and you can gently use a dry sponge to clean it off. Do not use water or chemical cleaning products (like Windex or glass cleaner), as these can damage the solder lines and patina finish.

What materials are used and are they safe to handle?

All of our products are handcrafted with 100% lead-free materials. We use lead-free solder, zinc came, and stainless steel chains. These materials are safe to handle and are better for your home and the environment than traditional lead materials.

Are there any returns or exchanges?

We do not offer any returns or exchanges on any of our stained glass items. All items are final sale.

Can I use the designs for my own stained glass art?

Currently, Vivian Park’s designs are not available for personal or commercial use. We are working on making patterns available for purchase soon. All of the designs are made by and property of VIVIAN PARK LLC.

When will my order ship out?

For “Buy Now” orders, they will be shipped out within 7 business days of payment being received. For “Made-to-Order” orders, they will be shipped out 4-6 weeks after payment has been received. Confirmation emails will be sent once an item has shipped.
